The Twisty Turns are a Country band from the UK who play delightful original music that is influenced by the old sounds of Country, Folk, Country Blues and Bluegrass. They accompany their warm original music with traditional Country songs and rip roaring fiddle tunes.  Abundant and original musical thoughtfulness, great song writing, and accomplished musicianship makes up the warm and vibrant sound that is The Twisty Turns.

History
The Twisty Turns are formed from experienced musicians that have firmly forged their place on the British and European Americana scene. This vibrant trio previously comprised half of the renowned UK Bluegrass band Kidnap Alice, and have played alongside each other for many a year.
Benjamin and Jenny make up a rhythm section that is tighter than tight, and it’s no wonder, as this intuitive pair play together on the scene in many a guise; Jenny Wren and Her Borrowed Wings to name but one.
When performing as a trio, Master fiddler Jerry Bloom adds his magic to the rhythm section with sensitive and heart movingly splendiferous fiddle lines and musical thoughtfulness.
On top of all this there are warm, rich vocals and harmonies that will make your hairs tingle.
